Lawyers for the City and NHDG appeared before the Ontario Land Tribunal today. Both sides stated they are working to implement the settlement agreement and asked the Tribunal to schedule an approval hearing for the end of October.

Ontario Land Tribunal Overturns Ward 12 Clr Craig Cassar’s Creative Blocking of Self-Storage in Ancaster Meadowlands
