Library Board Votes To Maintain Current Services in 2019 Budget Submission to City Council

LPAT Gives Durand Residents Seeking to Be Parties to Television City Hearing 30 Days to File Issues List

Brad Lamb’s hope of building the tallest building in Hamilton at 163 Jackson Street West will be decided by LPAT in mid-2019, that’s if Lamb and the City don’t reach a deal to allow Lamb to build on Jackson West, or the tallest building elsewhere in Downtown Hamilton.

Sonoma Homes Must Wait Until 2020 for Hearing into Their Upper Sherman & Rymal Development

The backlog at the Local Planning Appeal Tribunal – formerly known as the Ontario Municipal Board – means that Sonoma Homes planned mid-rise development could be waiting until 2021 to get into the ground, unless Sonoma can reach a deal with City Council during the interim.

Current 195 Wellington Street South Residents Worry About Where They’ll Live Next

Without the City prepared to file an issues list, or declare if it intents to oppose Medallion’s proposal for a 20-storey residential building at 195 Wellington Street South, the LPAT scheduled another pre-hearing date for April 15, 2019 at 10am to give the City time to prepare its submissions.
