The OPP must weigh numerous factors in determining whether to prosecute offences and I agree with their decision that public interest is not best served by using court time and resources on this matter.

Anglican Diocese Approves Moving Forward with 8-Storey Mixed-Use Building Behind James North Cathedral
The plan, which is still in early stages, proposes a eight storey mixed use building in the rear of the property facing onto Hughson Street.
Revenue from the condo portion of the development will fund renovation and restoration of the heritage-designated Cathedral and school house facade.
