The major construction work for the conversion of the former men’s apparel factory buildings into a 36 rental apartment and a 60-suite hotel, with ground-level commercial space, is underway.

The road closure infrastructure, to create the needed loading area for construction materials, was installed last week.

Developer Core Urban has lived up to its reputation for moving in a timely manner to begin construction with a high-quality product planned.

Construction is expected to take approximately one year.

Pedestrian walkways will be maintained throughout the work.

More information is available on Core Urban’s website.
