CityHousing Hamilton’s Board declared “A proposed or pending acquisition or disposition of land by CityHousing Hamilton” as the reason for the closed session, including “confidential information provided to CityHousing Hamilton by the development partnership and relate to the ongoing appeal by CN Rail.”
