Council Debates More Bylaw Enforcement Around McMaster University

During the December 6, 2016 Hamilton City Council Planning Committee, Councillors debated adding more bylaw enforcement around McMaster University.
The motion was tabled pending Councillor Aidan Johnson finding a funding source within his Ward 1 discretionary budgets.
