Brad Lamb’s hope of building the tallest building in Hamilton at 163 Jackson Street West will be decided by LPAT in mid-2019, that’s if Lamb and the City don’t reach a deal to allow Lamb to build on Jackson West, or the tallest building elsewhere in Downtown Hamilton.
