Firearm Arrest at Winona Peach Festival on Saturday, August 24
Hamilton Police have arrested a person with a firearm. One person was treated for exposure to pepper spray. Videos posted online show a Hamilton Police Sergeant using pepper spray on a crowd of teenagers. No other injuries reported.
