On Friday, April 25, the Ontario Land Tribunal approved a settlement agreement between the City of Hamilton and the owners of 3355 Golf Club Road to permit the Paradise Fields agri-tourism operation to add a “farm labour residence” within the basement of a two-storey retreat facility.
Further details are not yet public. The OLT will issue a written decision in the coming weeks.
