The City of Hamilton is implementing the property tax exception for All Saints Anglican Church at 301 King Street East.
The church is operating in the podium portion of a new condo tower.
The condo is on the site where the church’s historic building existed before the building was damaged during a September 24, 1998 earthquake.
The tax exemption is $33,869.09 this year.
Following required approval of the exemption for religious building, the property will be listed as exempt on Hamilton’s tax rolls.
