The City is holding a public information session Wednesday night at City Hall in Council Chambers starting at 6pm, for two hours.
From the City’s press statement:
This summer, Ontario will host the 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games — the largest international multi-sport Games ever held in Canada.
Hamilton will host all men’s and women’s soccer competitions at the new CIBC Hamilton Pan Am Soccer Stadium (Tim Hortons Field).
To help keep athletes, spectators, business owners and residents moving safely and efficiently during the Games, some temporary traffic measures will be implemented.
On Wednesday, April 29, come meet members of the TORONTO 2015 Pan Am/Parapan Am Games Organizing Committee (TO2015), the Ministry of Transportation, the Integrated Security Unit and the City of Hamilton to learn more about how your community may be affected by the Games.
