IN8 Developments is proposing to build four tall buildings, with 2,181 residential units, at the former site of the Hamilton City Centre [originally an Eatons Centre]. The first application submission was filed in 2020.
The building heights proposed for 30, 30, 30, and 26 storeys.
As of January 30, 2025, the application was at the Ontario Land Tribunal with a Site Plan application appeal.
