The first version of this story stated “Convenience stores can only sell products up to 20 mg/mL, while vape stores can sell up to 50 mg/mL.”
This is incorrect. The City of Hamilton states 50mg/mL products are illegal in Canada.
The testimony is only clear in the context of the written submission, which the City of Hamilton is refusing to release. The City’s refusal is contrary to Canada’s open courts principle.
