There’s finally a new development for Hamilton’s Design Review Panel to consider.
It has been six months since the DRP last met because the slow down in the housing market has meant there have been no new development applications for the panel to consider.
This morning, the City of Hamilton issued a notice that the DPR will meet next Thursday, September 11, to review an application at 1694 Upper James Street.
It is described as a “Proposed 12-Storey Mixed-Use Residential building.”
I’ll watch for the full agenda package to be posted in the coming days.
